Join us virtually for a lively and interactive session co-hosted by SACHA and the Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) where we'll talk about the latest updates to CMHC's Preservation Funding program. The first of more sessions to come, the goal of Phase 1 will be to:

• Explain what the program looks like and how to get started

• Share how CMHC will work with your co-op to help achieve preservation goals

• Discuss Flexibilities for small scale project or projects requiring urgent repairs

• Introduce the new user-friendly online portal and simplified agreement
