This is a valuable resource tool that came into force on April 1, 2002 and assists SACHA in producing a set of Articles, By-laws and a Shareholder's Agreement. Workshops are offered on member rights and responsibilities, qualifications and duties of directors, and termination of membership and occupancy rights.
